Code of Conduct for Everyone:

Our conference is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), or technology choices. We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. Sexual language and imagery are not appropriate for any conference venue, including talks, workshops, parties, Twitter and other online media. Conference participants violating these rules may be referred to local law enforcement, and/or expelled from the conference without a refund at the discretion of the conference organizers.

Speakers:

Speakers are solely responsible for the content and accuracy of their presentations and indemnify organizers against any and all claims that may arise related to their presentation. We request that speakers be cognizant of potentially offensive or inflammatory language, or imagery and that they consider whether it is necessary to convey their message. If they do decide to include it, We ask that they warn the audience, at the beginning of the talk, and provide them with the opportunity to leave the room to avoid seeing or hearing the material.

A/V Release

All attendees understand there may be photos, video filming, social media posts, and other types of content created and published prior, during, and after the event by the organizers or other attendees.

Attendees acceptance of risk.

Organizers do not accept responsibility for any personal injury, loss of life, reputation damage real or perceived, property damage, or inclement weather. All attendees participate at their own risk.
